METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks, Apple Pay and Cash. Gratuities are appreciated, however they cannot be placed on credit cards, gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, check and Venmo.
SOHO STAFF SELECTION
We are proud of our highly trained talented staff, and like many salons in our industry, Soho uses a tiered pricing level system for its design team services.
Our tiered system provides accessibility of our services for the financial need of our clients and also provides a career path of growth and achievement for our team.
Our hair designers, colorists, and specialists level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience he or she has. This is a common misconception. As an education-based salon, our team receives ongoing advanced training that is aggressive, consistent innovative and in-depth. It starts the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.
We urge you to experience different members of our team to find the person that best fits your personal preference, schedule and affordability. In doing so you will always have an alternative service provider if your preferred provider is not available.
SALON APPOINTMENTS
When scheduling services, we appoint time exclusively for you with your service provider, we do not overbook and do our best to take you exactly at the time of your appointment.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
You can choose how you would like us to confirm your appointment, either by phone call, text message or email. You will receive a confirmation the day prior to your appointment.
SALON CANCELLATIONS
We confirm each and every appointment by email phone or text dependent on your choice when filling out your client profile, If you must cancel your appointment, please have the courtesy to cancel within 24 hours to allow us reasonable time to fill your reservation., without a 24 hour cancellation call there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service charged to your card on file.
Not Showing up for your appointment without notification will result in being charged 50% of the scheduled service cancellation fee.
EXTENDED SALON APPOINTMENT TIMES
Specific services in the Salon require longer reservation times and require a full 24 hours cancellation:
They are Corrective Color, Bridal Parties, Spiral Perms, Japanese Straightening, Keratin Treatments, Hair Extensions, Multiple Service Appointments of 3 or more.
Due to the length of time needed, we require a Credit Card or Gift Certificate on file to schedule and hold your reservation time.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your on file card without the 24 required notice.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for not showing up to your extended service without canceling.
EXTENDED SPA APPOINTMENT TIMES
Specific services in the Spa require longer reservation times and require a full 24 hours cancellation: They are Day & Half Day Packages, Multiple Services scheduled 2 hours or more and Massage Services.
Due to the length of time needed, we require a credit card or gift certificate on file to schedule and hold your appointment.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your on file card without the 24 required notice.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for not showing up to your extended service without canceling.
CHILDREN
For your child's safety, children under 10 are not permitted on the Salon Floor unless they are receiving a service, if you must bring your child they should be accompanied by an adult and be seated in the waiting area. Children are not permitted in the Day Spa.
